The study assessed the level of implementation of ordinances on peace and order in Cabagan, Isabela. Using the descriptive design, data gathered from the 234 members of the barangay peace and order councils of the 26 barangays of Cabagan, Isabela was analyzed using the arithmetic mean, ANOVA test, and t-test.
In view of the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the level of implementation of ordinances on peace and order is "moderately implemented." The implementation of ordinances was rated as "much implemented" by the Barangay Tanod, Barangay Captain, and Community Based Anti-Crime sectors, while it was rated as "moderately implemented" by the Youth, Lupong Tagapamayapa, Teacher, Interfaith, Senior Citizen, and Non-Governmental Organization sectors. Thus, barangay captain, Lupong Tagapamayapa, and the Community Based Anti-crime sectors showed a better assessment of the peace and order ordinances' implementation than their counterpart stakeholders. Barangay affiliations, which include barangay locations in urban areas and less populated areas, showed better implementation of peace and order ordinances. In addition, both urban and rural barangays say that ordinances on peace and order are being "moderately implemented." This means that both urban and rural barangays say the same thing about how well ordinances on peace and order are being implemented.
